Standard Inspection
Standard inspections start at $425, prices can increase based on size of the house and any additional services you choose to add to the inspection.

Termite
To have your inspector also do a thorough termite inspection, there will be an additional $85 added to the fee.

Radon
Radon tests are important as you cannot smell or see radon gas in your home. It is a natural gas that can be very dangerous if not found in a timely manner.
Additional fees for travel outside the Lincoln Metro area may apply. Call our office for details.

We offer several payment options for your Home Inspection process.
We accept all major Credit Cards, Checks, Cash, Venmo, as well as Pay at Close options through your escrow lender. Contact or office with any questions. We are happy to work with you on any payment concerns.
Specialty Inspections
Pre-Listing

Before you list your home, have ZHI come in for a pre-inspection. As a seller it is beneficial to know current issues so you can have items fixed before listing, potentially saving you money down the road!
Post-Closing
$399*
While it is always recommended to have an inspection done on the house you are purchasing, we know it's not always possible. Consider a post-closing inspection to put your mind at ease, by knowing and understanding current and future issues that may arise.
11th Month Inspection / Wellness Check
$300*
Similar to a post-closing inspection, this inspection is after your purchase, before your 12 month warranty is expired on your new construction home. As the year passes, make a list of any issues you are having with your new home, then we can come in and verify those issues, providing you with a professional report you can present to your builder.
Single Item Consultations
$100*
Whether it be the roof, the floor, or other concerns, we are able to come look at a specific item. We will supply a verbal report at the time of the consultation and a written report can be provided by request.
Termite, Radon, and HVAC can be added to any of the above inspections.
